Pre-Planning - $150 per vendor

We will help research, vet, hire, and manage any of the following vendors to make sure you get the perfect match for your needs, style, and budget! We take the leg work out of it for you, so you can relax and let us handle it!

- Catering, Photography/Videography, Entertainment, Stationary, Desserts, Hotel Blocking, etc

Day-Of Coordination - $750

Services Include:

• Initial planning meeting

• Coordinating day-of logistics with all of your vendors starting two weeks before the event day

• Creation of day-of timeline/itinerary

• Creation of floor-plan / layout

• Up to 4 hours of coordination on the event day

  • Additional hours can be added at $100/hr

  • Additional planner can be added for $250

Event Design - $350

We will collaborate with you to transform your backyard, venue or party space into the event of your dreams! We will create a custom style guide that highlights large and small details including color palette, décor, florals, linens, lighting and more. Florals are provided in-house, and we'll research, hire, and manage any additional vendors needed to execute your vision. 

Photo Booth - $250

Includes white backdrop with greenery, iPad rental with stand, props, custom wedding logo, ability to text or email photos, link to all photos after wedding
