"Amanda and Courtney were essential in making my wedding day happen. Although we hired them as day-of planners, they were so much more than that. A month prior to the wedding, we met to ensure that everything was in place. They were prepared with a checklist and made me feel confident about what I had done so far while also suggesting best options for the day. At this point, we put a timeline together and I relayed all of my vendor info to them. They then took over the majority of vendor communication (sending out the timeline, communication between venue and vendors, etc.). In the week coming up to my wedding, I felt that Amanda and Courtney were available whenever I needed them and that they could problem-solve anything that came up. They came to my rehearsal and pretty much led the entire thing, which was so helpful! The day of my wedding, Amanda went to the venue to set up and Courtney went with the wedding party for pictures. It is great feeling to know that your team can be in two places at once! Long story short, we had a short hour and a half to get the entire venue set up. These ladies ROCKED it. Not only did they handle every problem that occurred (photo booth no-show, no flower girl basket, electrical malfunctions, last minute changes to the timeline, the list goes on!), but it looked better than I could have imagined it. Their communication with me was great - they came up with possible solutions before bringing anything to me, which meant a lot to a bride just trying to enjoy her wedding day! I wouldn't change anything about hiring a day-of wedding planner and Fete & Figs is the best team out there!"
