  • Research, Hire and Manage all of your vendors: Venue, Caterer, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainment, Florist, Linens, Decor rentals, Stationery, Cake, Officiant, Hair/ Makeup, Transportation

  • Event Design and Styling: We will create a one-of-a-kind design that reflects your style, personality and life together as a couple. We will create a custom color palette and inspiration board that highlights large and small details including linens, lighting, décor, florals, typography, paper-ware and more. We will then communicate this information to all of your vendors ensuring everything is cohesive.

  • Location scouting trip to your top two venue choices - We will assist in asking all the right questions and getting accurate proposals for your event.

  • Access to our online wedding planning tool that allows you and your wedding planner to collaboratively work on your budget, timeline, checklists, seating chart, floor plans and more!

  • Frequent check-ins to help keep you on track with bridal responsibilities like when to select bridesmaids, pick out your dress, buy gifts, get marriage license, etc

  • Secure guest hotel room blocks

  • Detailed budget development tool that will track payments made and payments due

  • Review and negotiate all vendor contracts

  • In-person planning meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding date

  • Unlimited wedding planning etiquette advice throughout your planning process

  • Schedule and facilitate final walkthrough and invite any necessary vendors

  • Coordinate logistics with all vendors starting 30 days before the wedding

  • Create a detailed timeline and ensure the event flows accordingly

  • Create detailed floor plans and layouts of all event spaces

  • Obtain vendor contracts and provide them with a detailed timeline and all relevant information prior to your event

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • 10 hours of wedding day coverage with 2 coordinators

  • Comprehensive event execution by one lead wedding coordinator and one assistant wedding coordinator from set up to event conclusion.

  • Personal assistance for Bride and Groom throughout the entire day

  • Assist photographer as needed

  • Oversee the proper setup of the event

  • Set up and break down personal decor items like table numbers, place cards, centerpieces, favors, guest book, etc.

  • Ensure the event flows according to the timeline

  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on the day of the event
