A:  Fête is pronounced as 'fet' and rhymes with the word 'pet'. It is a French word that means a celebration, an elaborate party or festival.

A. There are a lot of things to look for when considering a planner. In fact, choosing a planner is a lot like finding the perfect pair of shoes. It has to be the great fit! Your planner should be knowledgeable about events as well as be someone you can connect with, have fun with, and go for coffee/drinks/lunch dates with. Someone you can see a friend even long after the Big day!

A. We love serving a myriad of clients; however, working with people who are fun, love to entertain, value guest experience, as well as appreciate design and the little details truly makes our hearts aflutter. Our ideal client is also someone trusts our expertise and gives us the creative freedom to create something special and memorable.

 

Q:  WILL YOU WORK WITH VENDORS I’VE ALREADY FOUND OR ONES I LIKE?

A:  Absolutely! We are team players and this is YOUR big day. We will work with all your ideal vendors because it is important to us to ensure that you are comfortable with every aspect of the planning process.

 

Q:  HOW DO YOU KEEP TRACK OF EVERYTHING FOR EACH CLIENT?

A:  We keep everything organized for you via our online planning tool as well as Airtable - an online spreadsheet tool - think Google docs on steroids. 😉 Our planning tools allow us to stay on top of your to-do list – but also keep communication key to ensure the utmost organization.

 

Q:  HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU TAKE ON EACH YEAR?

A:  We only accept a limited number of weddings each year. This allows us to provide you with the love and individual attention you deserve and approach each event with a fresh perspective.

Q. DO YOU CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE?

A:  We sure do! We carry a 2 million dollar liability coverage and encourage your vendors to carry insurance as well.

 

Q:  DO YOU WORK WITH DESTINATION AND OUT OF TOWN CLIENTS? DO YOU TRAVEL?

A:  Yes! We are passport ready and love to travel.

 

Q: WHAT IS THE F & F PAYMENT SCHEDULE?

A:  Our contract requires a 50% deposit within 7 days of signing your contract and the other 50% due 7 days before your wedding or event.
