Anchor 1

Full Planning Includes:

$12,500

  • Research, Hire and Manage all of your vendors: Venue, Caterer, Photographer, Videographer, Entertainment, Florist, Linens, Decor Rentals, Stationery, Cake, Officiant, Hair/ Makeup, Accommodations, Transportation, etc.

  • Event Design and Styling: We collaborate with you to craft a one-of-a-kind wedding design vision that reflects your style, personality and life together as a couple. We begin with a design consultation where we create a custom color palette and inspiration board that highlights large and small details including linens, lighting, décor, florals, and more. We'll find vendors and design elements within your decor budget and help pull it all together on the big day. We will then communicate this information to all of your vendors ensuring everything is cohesive.

  • Unlimited in-person planning meetings

  • Access to our online wedding planning tool that allows you and your wedding planner to collaboratively work on your budget, timeline, checklists, seating chart, floor plans and more!

  • Location scouting trips to your top venue choices - We will assist in asking all the right questions and getting accurate proposals for your event.

  • Assist in creating a custom culinary experience with you and your caterer

  • Attendance at all vendor meetings

  • Frequent check-ins to help keep you on track with bridal responsibilities like when to select bridesmaids, pick out your dress, buy gifts, get marriage license, etc

  • Secure guest hotel room blocks 

  • Detailed budget development tool that will track payments made and payments due

  • Review and negotiate all vendor contracts

  • Stationary / Paper Goods Assistance: Help selecting design suites, stuffing envelopes, and tracking RSVP responses. We'll also assist in sourcing all day-of paper goods and signage.

  • Welcome bag delivery to your hotel blocks week of the wedding

  • Unlimited Wedding Planning etiquette advice through out your planning process

Anchor 2

Event Management Includes:

$3,500

  • Access to our online wedding planning basecamp

  • A month by month planning checklist to keep you on track of the planning

  • In-person planning meeting 4-6 weeks before your wedding date

  • Unlimited wedding planning etiquette advice throughout your planning process

  • Access to our preferred vendor list

  • Schedule and facilitate final walkthrough and invite any necessary vendors

  • Coordinate logistics with all vendors starting 30 days before the wedding

  • Detailed timeline creation

  • Wedding party specific timeline creation for you and your wedding party

  • Detailed floor plan and layout creation of all event spaces

  • Obtain vendor contracts and provide them with a detailed timeline and all relevant information prior to your event

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • 10 hours of wedding day coverage with 2 coordinators

  • Provide bridal essentials survival kit

  • Comprehensive event execution by one lead wedding coordinator and at least one assistant wedding coordinator from set up to event conclusion.

  • Personal assistance for Bride and Groom throughout the entire day

  • Assistance and communication with wedding party to help them run on time and know what's happening when

  • Assist photographer as needed to help photos run efficiently and smoothly

  • Assist with handing out flowers to family members, as well as pinning boutonnieres and corsages

  • Oversee the proper setup of the event

  • Set up your personal items like table numbers, place cards, centerpieces, favors, guest book, decor pieces etc.

  • Ensure the event flows according to the timeline

  • Communication with couple, wedding party, and family to make sure you know what's happening when

  • Work closely with entertainment/DJ and MC of the event on timing of appropriate dances, speeches and announcements

  • Assist with guest movements and announcements so guests are never confused or wondering what's happening

  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on the day of the event

  • Breakdown all personal items like table number, centerpieces, guest book, decor pieces, etc at the conclusion of the event

  • Collect all gifts and small items and loading into the proper vehicles at the end of the event

Event Design & Styling Add-On: $1,500

We collaborate with you to craft a one-of-a-kind wedding design vision that reflects your style, personality and life together as a couple. We begin with a design consultation where we create a custom color palette and inspiration board that highlights large and small details including linens, lighting, décor, florals, and more. We'll find vendors and design elements within your decor budget and help pull it all together on the big day. This package includes help securing floral/decor vendors, table top and/or lounge furniture rentals, and draping/lighting vendors.
